It’s the New Year. It’s the time when we reflect on where we have been and where we are going and we figure out what we need to change. We need to lose 10 lbs. We need to start exercising more. We need to spend more time with family and less time on social media. However, what happens for many of us is we have a resolution without resolve. We have all these good intentions that are left as just that—good intentions. In the series, Resolved, we will look at Daniel, a man who as a teenager lost everything: his family, his manhood, even his name. Yet he resolved not to defile himself before God and his actions showed the outworking of his trust in God and his deep resolve to live out his faith.
