When I first became a Christian, I stared at the Bible and wondered, “Where do I start?” Time and time again, I was told read the book of John. The Gospel of John is the account of Jesus written by John, who called himself the disciple who Jesus loved. John knew where he stood with Jesus and he wanted to share that love with the world. John’s purpose in writing can be summed in John 20:31, “but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.” Whether you have been a Christian all your life or just for a couple days, these words are your heartbeat. So come join us as we investigate the stories and the claims made by the disciple whom Jesus loved, John.
